Kenwood 200 & ProTalk® Series Promotion

May 4 - July 31, 2009

From May 4 - July 31, 2009, Kenwood is offering rebates of $30 on 8 or 15 channel 200 Series and ProTalk® Series Radios to Business & Industry users. Receive a rebate of $30 per unti for a minimum of six or more (6+) of the same frequency band model: six or more of the TK-2200LK2, TK-2200LV8P, TK-3200LK3 or TK-3200LU15P portable radios.

To Claim Rebate:

  1. Send completed original Rebate Redemption Form with signature.
  2. Attach a copy of the invoice from your Authorized Kenwood Dealer dated between 05/4/09 and 07/31/09.
  3. Include Original UPC Bar Code Labels for each radio.
  4. Mail this documentation to:

TERMS:
Eligible radios listed above must be sold, delivered and invoiced to the Business End Users during the promotion period (May 4th through July 31, 2009).
  1. Minimum 6 units of the same frequency band with maximum 36 radio rebates allowed per end user. Rebate models listed are subject to availability.
  2. NO rebate will be paid on radios delivered before or after the promotion period, regardless of invoice date.
  3. All invoices must show all radio original sale prices and must not be altered in any way.
  4. A rebate check will be mailed to the end user within 10 weeks from submission of rebate request. All official rebate forms must be received by August 14, 2009.
  5. An original rebate form and copy of the customer’s receipt must accompany the rebate request. Model and serial numbers must be listed. Include Original UPC Bar Code Label for each radio purchased.
  6. Rebate Program is for Businesses only and not for individual use. Kenwood Dealers and Dealer Employees are ineligible to participate in this Rebate Program.
  7. If there is not enough room to fill in all your purchases, attach another form or list the additional purchases (i.e., model, serial number, delivered on date) on the back of this form.
  8. Fraudulent use or submissions could result in prosecution under U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes.
  9. Kenwood reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without any prior notice.
